Justin Bieber is on a roll of great singles leading up to the release of his rebirth record, Purpose. Though his latest single, "Sorry," focuses on romance, it's no mistake that Bieber has released an apology tune after years of less-than-stellar public behavior. Like "What Do You Mean" and "Where are U Now," Bieber works his knack for airy dance productions and melancholic choruses."Sorry" has more pep than its predecessors due to an energetic drum machine and trumpet line. Also, Bieber is an effective interpreter of the material; his breathy delivery oozes both sweetness and sexuality, toting the line between concession and come-on. He has a great year ahead of him.
